Twenty-three college students from around the United States, all bound for a summer research center off the coast of New Zealand, have been stranded on a seemingly deserted and undiscovered island. They are alone and have only their experience and knowledge to rely on for survival. As the group awaits rescue, they begin to realize that this Island may be more mysterious than they could have ever dreamed.
